In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear or cosmetic products if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.

 

If the item you received is faulty, please contact at  quoting your order number and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement within 7 working days.
