GENERAL
We endeavour to ship orders on a 'same day' basis if orders are received by 1pm on week days (as long as the items are in stock). However Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 days from our UK warehouse.
UK (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND) AND THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
For orders from the UK (including Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands, we offer the choice of shipping:
Royal Mail Recorded Signed for (delivery within 1-2 working days) Cost £4.00
Free shipping for order over £75
EUROPE
We currently ship to all European countries via either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.
Shipping cost £15.00
Orders should be delivered within ten working days of the date the order is received (normally your order is received within three to seven working days).
You are eligible to pay for the duties, import tax occurred at the destination countries.
Free shipping over £150 Europe.
Shipping Cost to Russia £15 via Royal Mail trackable, Free shipping for order over £150
REST OF WORLD
We currently ship all countries via either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.
Shipping Cost: £23.50
Shipping Cost to Kuwait is £45 via DHL, Free shipping for order over £300
Orders should be delivered within fourteen working days of the date the order is received (normally your order is received within seven to ten working days).
You are eligible to pay for the duties, import tax occurred at the destination countries.
Free shipping £300 for the rest of the world.
KUWAIT
£45 DHL (5-7 working days)
If the item you received is faulty, please contact at enquiry@jovonnalondon.com quoting your order number and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement within 7 working days.
We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by traceable post within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the return postage is not free, it is buyers responsibility to send the unwanted items back to seller via trackable method, and please obtain proof of postage.
Postage is not refundable.
Please contact enquiry@jovonnalondon.com if you need to exchange an item within 7 working days. Exchange is not free, we recommend you to purchase the correct size before you return the unwanted size to secure your size.

Items purchased as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is, except for goods that arrive damaged or as may be otherwise required by law. All Final sale items will be marked at the top of the description and product thumbnail image.
